Quick in and out. Needed to get fingerprints for Social Work licensure process. Hasina at the front desk was very helpful and kind throughout the process. She verified all of my information to make sure it will go directly to the Social Work Board. She explained the turn around time and provided information on who to contact in the event that results are not received within the timeframe provided, which would be about 2-4 weeks. Overall a very stress free process with additional support from Hasina. Would recommend going here to anyone, but especially those of us navigating a licensing process.
