1st Choice Fingerprinting – Privacy Policy

All information collected during the fingerprinting process, as well as the dissemination of background check results, is intended solely for NBCI use and will not be shared with any third party. We ensure that all confidential data remains secure and strictly protected.

No information collected from you during fingerprinting will be shared, rented, sold, or loaned to any entity outside of the NBCI network, except for the designated recipient identified at the time of fingerprinting.

The registration form completed and signed at the time of fingerprinting serves as the official record of the transaction and identifies the recipient of the criminal history record search results from the State and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Results will only be sent to the recipient listed on the form, except in certain cases where results may be sent directly by the State.

All registration/order forms and background check request information are kept confidential and shared only with the authorized requesting party, as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
